Hotel and Travel

Travel and Hotel

Each chapter is responsible for its own travel expenses, and the archon should coordinate the entire delegation’s travel plans to ensure everyone arrives and departs on time. If you are flying, all flights should be booked at least three weeks in advance of the conference. If you are driving, parking will be available at the hotel. For those traveling by rental car, the Fraternity strongly encourages the purchase of Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) and a Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)/Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) from the rental car company. This protection will add approximately $20 to $25 per day to the cost of the rental car but will protect the driver and the Fraternity from injury or damage claims.

You must arrive by: 4 p.m. on Friday. Check in will be open at 2 p.m. You cannot depart the hotel until: 12 p.m. on Sunday.

Students should not book flights departing before 2 p.m. On Sunday

Lodging in the conference hotel is included in your registration fee. Each delegate shares a room with three other delegates from his chapter. Every delegate must stay on-site, even if your chapter is local to the area.

Dinner on Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday are provided as part of the chapter’s registration fee. All other meals are at your expense.
